Bodreau Pipeline's 10th Annual Charity Car and Bike Show is going to be bigger and better than ever – but space is limited, so don’t forget to pre-register if you’d like to ensure your spot!

THESE SPACES DO NOT INCLUDE ANY VENDORS SELLING FOOD ITEMS. If you are selling food of any kind, please email us at BPCGives@boudreaupipeline.com to inquire about signing up as a Food or Snack Vendor.
Space for a 10x10 pop-up tent will be provided. TENT NOT PROVIDED - SPACE ONLY!
Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, chairs, supplies, and staff!
All pop-up tents and EZ-Ups MUST be secured to the ground!
NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL WILL BE PERMITTED.
Please note that the last day to cancel your registration for a full refund, minus the transaction fee, is September 1, 2026. To cancel, please contact BPCgives@boudreaupipeline.com.
Goods Vendor Pre-Registration
Please arrive between 7:00 and 8:15am to check in with the registration booth, receive your show shirt, and choose your parking spot. There will be no access after 8:15am. All cars and motorcycles must be parked by no later than 8:30am! Please note that parking spots for cars and motorcycles will be given on a “first come, first served” basis, as space is limited.
